When you visit the site, our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, page visited) for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile you.

2. How we use your data

Solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation, and provide dental services if you become a patient.

We never sell, rent or share your data with marketers.

3. Lawful basis (PDPL)

4. Storage & retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to follow up — typically up to 24 months — after which they are deleted unless you become a patient, in which case clinical records are kept under the retention rules set by the Saudi Health Council.

Clinical records held at Confident Clinic are governed by the clinic's own privacy notice.
